Just came across this video that was posted by Michael Sidejas, the Product Marketing Manager for the ScanSnap at Fujitsu.
He gives a good demonstration of all the features (new and otherwise) of the Fujitsu ScanSnap S1500 and its bundled software.

I just purchased and received the new ScanSnap S1500M and i have to say it's great! Everything said has been true. I've gotten rid of all the clutter on my desk and am about to start scanning our file cabinet of papers. Thanks for the reviews and comments it helped make my decision easier.

Glad to hear you're enjoying the S1500M and that the site has helped you out a bit. I'm jealous as I am still using my S300M. You'll be glad you have the extra speed and capacity when you tackle that file cabinet. I love my 300M but when I did my file cabinet I definitely wished I had the larger model.
