Hi Brooks, I’ve been trying to scan B&W images (not grayscale) into Photoshop CC with no luck. When I set the file type as a JPG, Scansnap says that the JPG format does not support B&W images. When I attempt to use the PDF file type, Photoshop is telling me that the “color space in the current PDF file is not supported.” I sure would like to find a workaround to this as I have thousands of B&W images to process, and I love the easy-breezy way that my Scansnap IX500 handles these. Any thoughts?
Thanks! -mike
