Enable Google Docs For Offline Access

Google Docs

This video on Offline Google Docs is part of a series of quick videos on paperless tips and topics. View more in the series here.

I use Google Docs every day, and really like it. I don’t use it as my main document storage, but I use it for more “work in progress” stuff.

Having my documents in the cloud is super-convenient. At least it was, until I woke up the other day to find Google Docs was down. I confirmed this by doing a Twitter search and seeing a bunch of “OMGZ GDOC IS DOWN!!!!” Tweets.

I wasn’t worried about this, until I realized that on my new computer, I had forgotten to enable Offline access. Oops!

Today’s video take you through how to enable it.

View the video below, or click here to watch it on YouTube. If you are able to, I recommend that you watch it with HD turned on.
