I have a thing for simple little apps that do one thing well, and I love it when readers tip me off to them.
The other day I posted on Twitter this great article by David Sparks in which he goes through a surefire way to remember keyboard shortcuts.
Geoff Airey (aka @Gtdgeoff) pointed me to this handy little app: Eve.
It is a free Mac app that watches what you are doing, and if you do something with a menu command that can be accomplished with a keyboard shortcut, it brings up a notification letting you know the shortcut. Clever.

Right now it works with menu items in Safari, Mail, Chrome, Finder, and iCal. It integrates with Growl and OS X Notification.
Very cool. Thanks Geoff!
Learning keyboard shortcuts can be a massive help when processing your paperless documents. Do you have any tricks for remembering them?
