As I have written about many times, the whole email-print-sign-scan dance is a bit of a disaster.
There are many ways to solve this, but if you are a Gmail user, I came across a very easy way: HelloSign for Gmail. It’s a Gmail plugin that, as the name implies, lets you sign documents right from the Gmail interface.
HelloSign is made by the same folks that make HelloFax, which I wrote about a few months ago.
