I don’t know how I missed this, but for the past few years Evernote forum user “spg SCOTT” has kept a public notebook with some great Evernote Windows tips and tools.
Now with the release of Evernote 5, many of those tips have become obsolete. Fortunately, Scott is on it and he has a new notebook for Evernote 5 for Windows.
Click here to check out the Evernote 5 Help notebook.
It’s new so there isn’t a huge amount there, but there is also a link to his ENRegEd tool which lets you mess around with some of the behind-the-scenes settings of Evernote. I was surprised at how much you are able to customize.
Some of the tips are a little technical, so if you aren’t comfortable messing around in the Windows Registry, you might want to skip those ones.
I’ve joined Scott’s notebook, and am looking forward to seeing what else he has coming. One nice thing about Evernote shared notebooks is that since I’ve subscribed, his new tips will magically appear in my Evernote too.
