After calling Fujitsu customer support and uninistalling Scansnap Organizer & all the bundled software that came with my Scansnap S1500 including Adobe Acrobat and using a utility program to clean my Windows 7 registry and reinstalling the software bundle my Scanscap Organizer Edit buttons for "Insert Page" & "Delete Page" are still greyed out and inactive. I also ran my antivirus to rule out any possibility of there being a virus on my laptop. The S1500 has no problems scanning and generating PDFs and depositing them in the Scansnap Organizer. Your help is much appreciated.

Have you tried calling the Fujitsu technical support team?

They are really good at resolving these type of issues and if you are worried about call costs, they will ring you back at a convenient time.
