Rather than take each piece of paper/mail through the entire process separately - from open mail to shred, Do one step at a time to every piece of paper. I.E. Open mail (times n), scan everything, process everything, then shred everything at one time. 
 
P.S. I do not shred until I have a backup. </description>

		<description>Real cute, but what if his computer crashes, or hd problem, or software problem?  Never happens, right?  Doesn&#039;t look too smart to destroy the doc before you see if it is stored.

I&#039;m just getting ready to jump into this world (got a lot of paper to shred), and am wondering whether to go for a 300M and Neatworks, or get the 1300 universal.  Whichever, peace shall come to my home.  Thanx </description>
